All bonafide Students, Faculty and Staff members of FSM may become member of library by filling a prescribed membership form. The student are advised to submit the membership form with library rules (back to back) duly signed to library. In case of lost / misplaced the membership card, they may submit request for Duplicate membership card by filling a prescribed form.
