Brief description of Experience : Dr. Basant Potnuru had worked with India Centre for Migration (ICM), a leading Think-tank of the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in all matters relating to International Migration of people, as a Research Officer and Head of Projects. He had also worked as a Faculty of Economics with Invertis Institute of Management Studies, Invertis University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He had obtained his Master’s in Economics from Berhmpur University, Odisha, M.Phil and Ph.D. in ‘Economics of Education’ from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He had qualified University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship (Economics) in 2000. To his credit, he had published many research papers in the national and international journals and presented papers in the conferences.
