FORE’s May MDPs cover everything from Managerial Effectiveness to Finances

25th April 2013

Three Management Development Programs ranging from managerial effectiveness to spreadsheet modelling to financial intelligence and planning are on the May agenda at FORE School of Management, New Delhi.

Kicking off the month will be “Enhancing Managerial Effectiveness through Self-Awareness” under the direction of Prof. Neetu Jain, slated to run May 1-3, 2013.

Self-awareness is at the core of being a successful leader and a manager needs to know their own strengths, weaknesses, interpersonal styles and behavioural patterns to be effective in the workplace. As Warren Bennis said "Management of self is critical. Without it, leaders and managers can do more harm than good. Like incompetent doctors, incompetent managers can make life worse; make people sicker and less vital."

The objective of this three-day session will be to empower individuals to be in greater control of themselves for personal growth; learn  to balance emotions in interpersonal transactions; rejuvenate body, mind and soul; enable them to see opportunities for self-growth; spark reflection to change their mindset and empower participants to believe in themselves. It’s designed for senior, middle and junior level executives, managers, professionals, consultants, established and budding entrepreneurs, academicians and trainers.
