At the heart of FORE’s reputation as a “Foundation for Organizational Research and Education”, is the relevance and rigour of its research and consultancy. Since its inception in 1981, Research and Consultancy has been a core activity at FORE. It has been providing a major interface with the wider academic and business world. Here at FORE we believe that while academic programmes bring visibility, quality research brings credibility to the institute.

Faculty at FORE is not only a specialist in their respective fields but also comes from diverse industry backgrounds and this helps FORE to focus on consultancy across various industries and business sectors. As research and consultancy forms a central part of our vision and strategy, we are constantly seeking to develop the scope and reputation of our research and consultancy.

As a recent initiative to further boost our presence in field of Research, the institute has formed a “Centre of Research” under which research associates and assistants have been employed to assist and work along with the faculty in the varied functional areas of management with particular emphasis on organizational research. “Abhigyan” a refereed research journal is being published for more than last twenty-seven years.

A Foreign Travel Committee has also been constituted to encourage the faculty for quality research work as well as to participate and share their research output in various national and international academic institutions and forums.
FORE also promotes  the collaborative research jointly with all the leading academic institutions across the countries. Company/industries problems on various researchable issues are always welcome through its rich intellectual capital.
