About ELC 2025

The Emerging Leaders Competition (ELC) is a flagship initiative of the PRISM Foundation, designed to recognize and mentor emerging leaders with the potential to shape national and global business landscapes. Every year, the foundation invites young leaders to share the significant value they have created for their organizations, customers, and communities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Team Size: 2–5 members
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on 1 November 2025)
• Criteria:
  • Identified a significant business problem or opportunity
  • Developed an innovative, sustainable solution
  • Created tangible value for stakeholders with measurable benefits
  • An inspiring story to share within or across industries
• Participation Fee: None (Free Entry!)

Submission Guidelines

Submit a 10-slide presentation (PPT or PDF) covering the following:

• Executive Summary
• Project Details – Name, Team, Roles, Objectives, Timelines
• Business Context – The problem or opportunity addressed
• Problem/Opportunity Identification
• Approach – How it was addressed and the role of emerging leaders
• Innovative Approaches Used
• Impact Created – Include ‘pre’ and ‘post’ comparison
• Sustainability of the Solution/Project

Prizes & Recognition

• Exciting prizes for winners
• Certificates for all participants in recognition of their efforts

Submission Deadline: 30 September 2025
Primary Evaluation: 5 October 2025
Jury Evaluation by 2 Independent Experts: 12 October 2025
Announcement of Shortlisted Entries: 12–13 October 2025
Online Presentations to Jury: 16–19 October 2025
Declaration of Winners: End of October 2025
Prize Distribution Ceremony: 19 November 2025
