At the Communication Area of FORE School of Management, we recognise that great communicators are persuasive and ethically grounded. Our mission is to develop global leaders who can navigate diverse cultural contexts, engage with stakeholders, and lead with integrity.

We offer a robust portfolio of core and elective courses that blend foundational theory with experiential, practice-driven learning. These include Managerial Communication, Interviews and Presentation skills,The Art of Storytelling, Mindful Communication, Cross-Cultural Communication, Strategic Leadership &Crisis Communication, and more. Each course is designed to shape agile communicators who can think critically, listen actively, and lead authentically.

The Communication faculty, with their rich and diverse experience in the communication domain, have been consistently contributing towards designing and conducting customised MDPs /FDPs/ Workshops for MNCs and public and private organisations. The area has been conducting training programmes on varied topics, including Managerial Communication, Leadership Communication Skills, Communication on Digital Platforms, Assertiveness and Positive Attitude, Intra-Interpersonal Communication, Communication and Presentation Skills, and Cross-Cultural Communication, to name a few. The Communication faculty enjoys a great reputation and credibility in both the academic and corporate world since they are always in demand for their professional services, be it at IIMs, IITs, ONGC, MITSUI, RITES, Thales India, Donaldson India, Engineers India Limited, Power Grid, Greenlam, Collabera,Relaxo Pvt. International Project

The Communication Area has lately been conducting tele collaboration project with Cracow University, Poland for IMG students. The main idea of the project is to create learning environment facilitating the understanding the problems of cross-cultural communication. The participation in international teams and work on common tasks will help to develop the attitudes of cooperation and sensitivity to cultural differences.
