Brief description of Experience
Sonika Jha is an Assistant Professor at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. As a prolific and an avid researcher, she has publications in top tier ABDC and CABS journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems,
European Business Review, Knowledge and Process Management, European Journal of
Innovation Management, and Higher Education Quarterly, amongst others. She has presented her research at esteemed international conferences such as the British Academy of Management (BAM), Academy of Management (AOM), Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) and International Congress on Qualitative Inquiry (ICQI), and national conferences such as at the IIMs. She has also won the “Best Full Paper Award” at the British Academy of Management (BAM 2023) Conference.
She actively participates in FDPs. She has also attended and participated in the IB and Strategy – PhD Masterclass (2023) organised by the Henley Business School, University of Reading, England, UK. She brings industry experience from her work with NTPC Faridabad and the facilities management sector. She has written editorials in The Economic Times, guest posts on The Scholarly Kitchen for Society for Scholarly Publishing, and opinion and thought pieces on platforms like National Economic Forum (NEF), The Diplomatist, The Geopolitics, and Modern Diplomacy. She has also been a contributor to the MISQ Insider, a scholar driven initiative by MIS Quarterly (FT 50 journal). She was selected as a scholar for the Emerging Scholar from Emerging Markets Programme (ESEMP 2024-25) by the Academy of International Business (AIB). She serves as a reviewer for numerous top-tier ABDC and CABS journals, and international conferences including AOM, ANZAM, AIB, BAM, EIBA, and ICIS.
