Center for Human Capital Development

Founded in 2025, the Center for Human Capital Development (CHCD) is a strategic initiative of FORE School of Management, envisioned to redefine the future of human capital excellence. The Centre serves as a thought-leadership hub committed to generating cutting-edge insights, advancing scholarly research, and shaping innovative practices in human capital management for the evolving world of work.

Through its research-driven approach, CHCD aims to foster evidence-based HR thinking, develop future-ready talent, and promote progressive organizational strategies. By positioning itself as both a think tank and a skill-building platform, CHCD works to empower students, working professionals, and organizations with strategies that enhance workforce capabilities, foster innovation, and strengthen leadership pipelines.
