Synapse at FORE School of Management brings together the analytical rigor of data-driven thinking and the innovation of technology to create a holistic learning ecosystem for students. The committee aims to build expertise in analytics, technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and managerial strategy through workshops, seminars, hackathons, and year-round events. By equipping students with practical AI skills alongside data analytics and technical knowledge, Synapse empowers them to leverage emerging technologies, solve real-world business challenges, and stay ahead in an increasingly AI-driven corporate landscape. Through this blend of data insights, technological expertise, and strategic thinking, Synapse strives to prepare students for the evolving demands of the corporate world while fostering innovation, engagement, and hands-on learning.

The events are as follows:

  • Technovate Hackathon - : The Technovate Hackathon brings together innovative thinkers and problem-solvers for an engaging and high-energy competition. Structured to promote creativity and collaboration, this event serves as a dynamic platform for participants to design cutting-edge solutions to real-world challenges that impact society, industry, and technology. The Technovate Hackathon serves as an exciting precursor to the prestigious Smart India Hackathon (SIH), organized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC) in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
  • WORKSHOP – Prototype Development - : Prototype Development workshop would delve into the exciting realm of prototype development using Flutterflow/Flowise. This session would empower participants to bring their innovative ideas to life and navigate the technical aspects of prototype development, ensuring their solutions were not only innovative but also practically executable.
  • WORKSHOP – AI Accelerator Bootcamp - : The AI Accelerator Bootcamp is a hands-on Generative AI workshop designed to introduce participants to the practical applications and possibilities of Generative AI. The workshop provides students with an opportunity to gain exposure to emerging AI technologies and understand their application in real-world contexts. It serves as an interactive learning platform for students interested in AI, innovation, and technology-driven problem-solving.
  • FSM Hackathon - : The FSM Hackathon is an inter college event that unfolds in three dynamic rounds: Data Quest, a quiz round assessing data analytics and technological knowledge, an Ideation round where teams propose solutions to real-world problems sourced from the Government of India, and a final Presentation round where finalists showcase prototypes to industry experts.
  • EVENT – Impervious 8.0 - : Impervious 8.0 is the annual gaming event of FORETech, bringing together students through competitive gaming and interactive challenges. The event features popular gaming titles such as FIFA 24 and BGMI, providing participants with a platform to compete individually and in teams. It promotes competitive spirit, teamwork, strategic thinking, and engagement through an exciting gaming experience.
  • GENESIS - PromptVerse - : It is an Inter college prompt engineering and generative AI competition held during Genesis, that showcases the transformative power of artificial intelligence in creative storytelling. This competition brings together the brightest minds to demonstrate how strategic prompt crafting and AI tools can be leveraged to produce compelling, original, and impactful narratives.
  • GENESIS – Technoslides - : Technoslides is an inter-B-School case-study evaluation and presentation event conducted as part of Genesis. The event provides participants with a platform to analyze business cases, develop strategic solutions, and present their recommendations effectively. It encourages analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and presentation skills among participating B-School students.
  • Q-Factor - : Q-Factor is the committee's flagship quiz competition, designed to challenge participants' knowledge, analytical thinking, and business acumen. The event features a diverse range of questions spanning business, technology, current affairs, sports, entertainment, and general awareness. By combining speed, accuracy, and logical reasoning, Q-Factor provides an intellectually stimulating platform that fosters continuous learning, healthy competition, and the application of knowledge across disciplines.
