Center for Human Capital Development (CHCD)
Established in 2025, the Centre for Human Capital Development (CHCD) is a strategic initiative of
FORE School of Management, envisioned to redefine the future of human capital excellence. The
Centre serves as a thought-leadership hub committed to generating cutting-edge insights, advancing
scholarly research, and shaping innovative practices in human capital management for the evolving
world of work. Through its research-driven approach, CHCD aims to influence academia, industry,
and policy by fostering evidence-based HR thinking, developing future-ready talent, and promoting
progressive organisational strategies. By positioning itself as both a think tank and a skill-building
platform, CHCD works to empower students, working professionals, and organisations with strategies
that enhance workforce capabilities, foster innovation, and strengthen leadership pipelines.

The mission of CHCD is to develop socially responsible, skilled, and value-driven professionals who
can drive organizational success through effective human capital strategies. The Centre embeds
human values such as empathy, integrity, and social responsibility into its programs, alongside
technical and soft skills such as communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and negotiation.

Goals and Objectives of CHCD
The goals of the centre are as follows:
- To develop leadership and decision-making skills and competencies of the relevant
stakeholders
- To bridge the industry-academia gap and build real-world capabilities through training
programs, workshops, industry partnerships and mentorship.
The objectives of the CHCD are as follows:
- To equip the relevant stakeholders with the requisite social and psychological skills and
knowledge to enhance their career prospects.
- To enable the relevant stakeholders to assess and understand their personality profile,
individual strengths and weaknesses and promote inclusive development.
- To analyze the skill gaps and impart needs-based skills training and guidance for the holistic
development of the relevant stakeholders.
