Personality Enhancement Cell

Personality Enhancement Cell is the placement preparation committee at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. The committee aims to support students in acquiring the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the recruitment process.

The objective is to ensure that every student is adequately prepared to secure placements aligned with their personal ambitions. We strive to promote a culture of career readiness among college students and to also foster students' professional growth by preparing them for seamless transition into the industry workforce.

Following are the events and activities that are organized by the committee to achieve its :

  • Personality Development Programme - : This is a student driven programme that aims to help the first year students connect with second year students, so that experience and knowledge of the senior batch can be utilized by the junior batch for enhanced placement performance. As a part of this programme, every first year student must fill out a form containing 20+ HR round questions, which are then evaluated by their respective mentors’ from the senior batch for improvement. The mentors also provide other placement related assistance as and when the placement opportunity arises for their mentee.
  • Mock Personal Interview - : Alumni of FORE with invaluable industry experience are invited by Team PEC to conduct mock personal interviews that help the students acquire better insights about the corporate world and its emerging trends. These one-on-one sessions also help participating students to receive vital tips for better performance that helps them to successfully sail through their placement interviews.
  • Mock Group Discussion - : Group discussions are conducted under the guidance of both college faculty members and alumni of FORE, so as to help the students stay up to date with recent developments around the world. These sessions also help the students to open their thought process to diverse topics and learn the way to express them further.
  • Mark the Talk - : The event focuses on developing personality and attitude, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the soft skills of our college students. The session features an esteemed guest speaker who provides guidance and shares industry insights with the students. The objective is to help the students cultivate and refine their soft skills, thus, enabling them to thrive in various aspects of their lives.
  • Guilty as Charged - : It is a legal mock trial competition, which is organized by Team PEC at the national level under the aegis of Genesis, the annual cultural fest of FORE School of Management.
