Workplace conflicts are inevitable owing to differences in backgrounds and work styles of people who work together for a shared business purpose. Many high-impact researches and reports have highlighted the impact of workplace conflicts in more than just economically. Hence, it is important to address and explore ways to manage conflicts. Conflicts can be managed and resolved. With more and more of our workplaces moving into the online spaces, conflict-resolution processes have also been a progressively turning to technology. Also, growing with technological interventions at work is the need to understand the implications of technology in conflict and to understand better ways to manage and resolve conflicts.
This training program has been designed with an aim to help participants gain a deeper understanding of conflict resolution and also identify one's own conflict handling styles. Understanding the role of technology, its support, and limitations in order to better use it constructively instead of considering it as a hindrance. The program aims to also increase participants’ awareness about tools and techniques that can be used in effective conflict resolution. Thus, it aims to acquire appropriate attitudes, approaches and skills of effectively working through conflict and conflicting parties i.e., one-to-one or teams in workplace contexts.
Programme would be delivered online, through a combination of mainly involve- Discussions using Role plays and Cases; Self-assessments; Industry interaction

The program will be useful to managers in sales, marketing, purchase, and human relations functions in public and private sector. All those who intend to assess and effectively use conflict resolution styles for the assigned roles and responsibilities, and to improve conflicts resolution capability through technology.
Prof. Prachi Bhatt, Associate Professor in Organization Behavior & Human Resources Management at FORE School of Management. She is Ph.D. and Masters in Human Resource Management (Gold Medalist). She has over 13 years of research and teaching experience. She is Certified in Negotiation Research and Teaching from one of the world's best B-Schools – Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. She is an active participant in conferences & seminars and has papers to her credit published in National and International refereed journals. Her research experience and corporate association cover projects with Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd, Anand, and Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. She has designed and conducted customized workshops, MDPs for corporate executives in both public and private sector organizations. To name a few- IFCCO, EIL, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, ONGC Videsh Ltd., THDCIL, Idea Cellular Ltd, Apollo Tyres Ltd, De La Rue Cash Processing Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Uttarakhand Power Corp.
