Programme Introduction:

In view of competitive forces and pressure on margins, organisations have to rethink how to Increase efficiency and manage reductions in costs in their supply chain to meet customer requirements. Adopting technology and digitalisation of supply chain can be a major enabler for achieving this objective. However, the main question that organisation face is how to implement technology in its supply chain while managing costs and developing skills required for digitalisation.

Programme Directors:

Prof. Rajesh Sikka has extensive industry-wide experience working in leading global companies. He is Ph.D. (Management) from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering, Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Dr Rajesh Sikka is a practitioner of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Strategic operations across Automobile, ICT, Hi-Tech and Outsourcing/ Offshoring industries. He has successfully driven Digital Transformations, increased profitability and efficiency by optimizing and improving Operations and Supply Chain, strategic acquisitions. After his industry experience, Rajesh has been a visiting Faculty with Management Institutes bringing his expertise and wealth of industry experience into academia. He has been teaching Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Strategy, and has also conducted several Management Development Programs for professionals. He also mentors and coaches Start-ups & budding Entrepreneurs, and provides advise on Intellectual Property related matters.
