Programme Overview

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming higher education by redefining how educators teach, conduct research, assess students, and develop academic content. While AI offers unprecedented opportunities to improve productivity and learning outcomes, it also introduces challenges related to academic integrity, responsible use, data privacy, and ethical decision-making.

This workshop is designed to equip faculty members, researchers, doctoral scholars, and academic administrators with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in integrating AI responsibly into teaching, research, assessment, and institutional workflows.

Participants will learn how to leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI-assisted research methodologies, and AI-powered educational tools while adhering to ethical and responsible AI practices.

Programme Director & Resource Person

Prof. Anuja Shukla

Prof. Anuja leads Management and AI education with over 11 years of academic and 3 years of industry experience in teaching, research and training. She specializes in leveraging AI tools for impactful teaching and research. She has trained over 300+ teachers and 5,000+ students on AI and research software: Python, R studio, SPSS, SmartPLS, Vos Viewer, Biblioshiny, Venzim.

She is a renowned Global speaker at the United Nations on Responsible AI (Switzerland 2024), a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS, Germany) panelist on AI (Manilla summit 2025), and has contributed to discussions on Deepfakes and policy building (Tokyo summit 2026).

She has conducted MDPs for government bodies such as HPCL, People Pvt Ltd, and Sultan Chand Publication. She is engaged with the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS), Ministry of Defence, in documenting Defence reforms.35 top executives have completed the DBA programme under her supervision at Swiss School of Business Management, Switzerland. She has designed and delivered content and online sessions for edTech platforms including Emeritus, Great Learning, Big Academy, upGrad and SSBM.

She holds global teaching experience at international universities including University of Massachusetts (USA), Asian Institute of Management (Philippines), Deakin University (Australia), Liverpool John Moores University (UK), and Golden Gate University (USA).

Dr. Shukla holds a Ph.D. in Management, M.Phil, MBA, M.A. (Economics), UGC-NET, and B.Sc. (Statistics). She has over 30 research publications, 1 book, and 12 book chapters to her credit. Her research has appeared in leading journals, and she has received Best Research Paper Awards at prestigious institutions such as FMS, Symbiosis, and Amity
