Commercial contracts permeate the day-to-day life of a business manager. Either the business manager would be negotiating one with a vendor. He would be seeking recourse under the contract against a customer who is not paying the company in a timely manner or, the company would be considering grant of Employees Stock Options, the terms, and conditions of which are again contractual.
