FORE School of Management conducted a workshop on "Gender Sensitivity at the Workplace" on April 30, 2024 for the Faculty and Staff members. The workshop focused on appreciative gender sensitive behaviour at the work environment and provided an exposure to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 i.e. POSH Act, 2013.

The session was conducted by Dr. Mala Bhandari, Founder, SADRAG and PoSH Consultant. She has 20+ years of rich experience in leading social sector projects. She is the recipient of the prestigious Award for Amulya Yogdaan in social sector.
