Brief description of Experience

Dr. Monika Dahiya is an Assistant Professor at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. Her dissertation examined the financial implications of corporate social responsibility in the Indian context. She holds a master’s degree in finance from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Her research interests include corporate social responsibility and corporate finance. Her work has been published in leading journals, including Asia Pacific Journal of Management,Management Decision, and Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal. She has also presented papers at various international conferences and has received funding from IIT Delhi (under Research Scholar Travel Award) and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) to attend the same.

Her teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management. Prior to joining FORE School of Management, she has worked with O.P. Jindal Global University and Amity University where she taught both graduate and post graduate programs.
