Dr. Rajwinder Kaur is currently serving as Associate Professor in the HRM & OB area at FORE School of Management. She has previously served at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (Noida), SOIL School of Business Design (Gurugram), and the Institute of Management, Nirma University (Ahmedabad), delivering courses in HRM, Organizational Behaviour, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Leadership. Her research has been published in leading ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals, including International Journal of Bank Marketing, Employee Relations, European Journal of Training and Development, Global Business Review, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Evidence-based HRM: a global forum for empirical scholarship, Vision, and Journal of Relationship Marketing. She has also published cases with ET Cases (IIM Raipur) and IMT Case Journal (IMT Nagpur). She has presented her research at reputed national and international conferences, including those hosted by IIM Ahmedabad, IIM, Indore, IIM Nagpur, SIBM Pune, Nirma University, and other leading institutions.
