Brief description of Experience

She has around 8 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor (Commerce) at the University of Delhi. Her research interests include various facets of internationalization of multinational enterprises from emerging markets (EMNEs) and new ventures. She has been a recipient of the prestigious “Alan Rugman Scholarship” offered by Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom, where she completed two Ph.D. Masterclasses on Strategy and International Business, and Economics of International Business. She has also completed a three-modules coursework on International Business Theory and Methods offered by the India Chapter of Academy of International Business, a leading association of scholars and specialists in the field of International Business. She has been a recipient of various other national and international scholarships and award for her research work, including from Women in the Academy of International Business and Indian Academy of Management. Her research work is presented at various international conferences such as Academy of International Business (Annual and India Chapter Meetings); Academy of Management (India Chapter); Copenhagen Business School Conference, among others.
