Programme Introduction:

Modern workplaces are increasingly characterised by high workloads, tight deadlines, rapid change, and continuous digital demands. These pressures often translate into chronic stress, burnout, reduced efficiency, and disengagement. This Management Development Programme (MDP) is designed to equip professionals with practical, evidence-based tools to identify stress triggers, regulate emotions, enhance resilience, and convert stress into constructive energy. Programme Director: Prof. Ashutosh Srivastava

Ph.D., MBA, B.Tech.

Prof. Ashutosh Srivastava is a faculty member at the Fore School of Management in Delhi, India. He has a Ph.D. from IILM University Gurugram, an MBA in Materials Management from Annamalai University, Chennai, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur, U.P., India. He also has 34 years of professional experience in supply chain management in corporate organizations. He has published papers in ABDC journals
