Programme Introduction:

Understanding the customer is central for the success of the marketers. Understanding and the appreciation of customer-centricity enable a firm to become more profitable and thus attaining sustainable competitive advantage. The programme aims at making the front line corporate executives/managers the importance of customer centricity and to impart knowledge and skill in them so that they become more customer oriented and able to understand the value of customer and strategize accordingly.

Program Directors:

Prof. Nirmalya Bandyopadhyay is an Associate Professor of Marketing at FORE. Earlier he was associated with IIM Rohtak and Goa Institute of Management as full time faculty. He is a Fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur with a PhD from Banasthali University and an MSC and an MBA from Calcutta University. He is a certified management teacher (ITP) from HEC Paris. He has more than 2 decades of total experience including 6 years of rich industry exposure in the Pharma industry and 16 years plus of teaching and research experience in top institutions and universities in the country. He published research papers in various reputed International journals presented paper in leading institutions like Harvard Business Schools, American Marketing Association to name a few.
