Executive Post Graduate Certificate Program in AI Led HR Transformation

Programme Introduction: This is a 4 months of certificate program for experienced professionals who aspire to have further advancement in their careers in HR by upskilling themselves with new generation HR ecosystems of today’s digital age

Programme Objectives: The EPGCP in Digital Transformation of HR aims to equip the working professionals with:

a) Deep understanding of fast changing landscape of HR

b) A strategic view about HR as a critical function in an organization

c) Sound knowledge of the significance of digital transformation of HR including its pillars viz digitalization, digitization and organizational resilience

d) Good understanding of the future skills employees must possess and how HR leaders through transformative initiatives can make the organization future-ready

e) Detailed understanding of use cases of Artificial Intelligence deployment in HR ecosystems, opportunities, challenges and mitigation strategies

Programme Content:

Module – 1: Strategic role of HR

(Concept of Strategic HR, Changing Landscape of HR, Organizational Resilience, Dealing with Complexity & Turbulence, Emerging issues in HR, HR strategies and impact on business, HR value chain, Strategic Learning & Development)

Module – 2: Digital Transformation of HR

(Digitalization, Digitization, Adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies in HR, Human-Machine Collaboration, HR analytics framework, Various Case scenarios as regards AI adoption in HR, Employees journeys and experience)

Module – 3: HR Metrics

(Concept of Metrics, Use of metrics, Metrics pertaining to different HR practices, presentations & interpretations, creating HR dashboards, AI & Digital technologies based Analytics strategy, measurement and Balance score cards)

Module – 4: Capability Building & Future Skills

(Significance of individual and organizational capabilities, Role of HR in nurturing Digital culture and Digital skills, Competencies for Digital Transformation of HR, Future skills & global competencies in the Digital age)

Case Studies:
  • Strategic HR (including Digital transformation of HR using AI)
  • HR Metrics (use cases in Digital HR and related metrics)
  • Capability Building (Global competencies/Future Skills)
Pedagogy:

Programme would be conducted in an experience sharing mode using Case studies, real time case scenarios from the industry, group discussions, presentations by participants, individual and group assignments.

Mentoring: To help participants to develop a growth oriented mind set which will help them to advance in their careers, the program aims to have mentoring sessions conducted by:

  • a) Program faculty
  • b) Reputed industry CXOs/Professionals
  • c) Facilitating networking of participants with FORE Alumni (CXOs/senior professionals)

Pre-Reads, Presentations, Real-time business scenarios, Case Studies, Class Discussions, Group exercises, Guest faculty sessions -2, Assessments

Eligibility
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3 years of working experience in HR or non HR areas (can be relaxed for highly deserving candidates)

The admission to this EPGCP is based on selection and not “First cum First serve” basis. FSM will announce list of selected candidates along with a waiting list.

Mode of the programme: Online live interactive sessions

Convocation: Hybrid mode: At FSM in physical mode as well as in an online mode, in around 2-3 months after completion of program

Programme Duration and days:
  • 4 Months
  • 75 hours of live interactive teaching and 75 hours of self-learning by participants
  • Every Sunday and alternate Saturdays (2nd and 4th Saturdays only)

Fees: Rs. 57,000+GST, payable in 3 instalments

No discounts as program fee is already highly competitive. Discounts (10%) for corporates sponsoring 2 or more candidates, can be considered on case by case basis.
