“It is not enough to do your best; you must know what to do, and then do your best.”
—W. Edwards Deming
Rapid changes in business environments require organizations to take evidence-based decisions. Performance management is no exception, and data-based analytics has emerged as an essential tool to align human resource management with business strategy. Performance management analytics would provide firms with real-time and actionable insights on various dimensions of employee performance. It also steers a firm away from the data trap by analysing relevant data and uncovering meaningful inferences. Performance management analytics enriches a firm's HR capabilities by being a data-driven partner to achieve its business goals and objectives.
