Programme Introduction:
Understanding concepts of Sustainability and ESG integration can help companies to identify value-enhancing opportunities, such as bringing management focus on long termism, new product offerings that help customers become more sustainable, arranging for alternative financing from ESG focused funds which reduces their cost of capital, and firm level ESG initiatives that create long term value for a larger group of stakeholders.

Programme Director:
Prof. Himanshu Joshi: With over two decades of experience in teaching, training, and research, Prof. Himanshu is currently working as a Professor at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. He is also associated with IIM Rohtak, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Manesar, and Indian School of Public Policy as a Visiting Faculty. He has developed and conducted various executive education programs for corporates and PSUs. He frequently publishes research articles in peer-reviewed journals of national and internal repute. His research interests include corporate cash holdings, financial economics of the regulations, ESG Integration, and corporate governance.
