Programme Introduction:

In this world of cutthroat competition, only an organization with the right talent can survive. Organisations, therefore, employ various tools and technologies to attract and retain qualified talent to gain a competitive advantage. A sizeable number of organisations are even experimenting with technology-enabled talent management strategies, including using analytics, artificial intelligence, social media, and big data for talent management. This programme aims at apprising and equipping practitioners in various analytics tools and techniques employed to attract, develop, and retain a high-performance talent pool, which would help offer solutions to talent-related challenges in organizations.

Program Directors:

Prof. Chandra Sekhar is working as an assistant professor at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. His areas of interest include HR system, human capital, Digital Environment, Sustainability in Organizational Settings, SMEs and Innovation. Dr Sekhar has done significant research published in national and international journals to his credit.

Prof. Chitra Khari is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at FORE School of Management, Delhi. Before this, she has taught at the Institute of Management, Nirma University. She has more than five years of teaching and industry experience. She has completed her PhD at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi), in the area of Organizational Behavior. She has been awarded a national scholarship for her doctoral studies. She is the recipient of the Fetzer scholarship given by the MSR division of the Academy of Management, US. She is an active researcher in the area of Positive Organizational Scholarship. She has presented her research work in national and international conferences of repute such as the Academy of Management., US. She is an MHS, Canada, certified emotional intelligence professional.
