Future-Ready HR: Integrating AI, Analytics, Hybrid Work, Well-being & DEI

Download Brochure

Programme Overview:

The HR function is at a crossroads as organizations respond to rapid technological advancements, evolving work models, and growing expectations around employee well-being and inclusion. Artificial Intelligence and People Analytics are transforming how HR decisions are designed and executed, enabling more data-driven and predictive approaches. At the same time, hybrid work, employee mental well-being, and diversity, equity, and inclusion have moved from peripheral concerns to core strategic priorities. Collectively, these shifts call for an integrated and future-ready HR approach that aligns technology, people practice, and organizational values.

This two-day Management Development Programme is designed to help HR professionals and functional managers understand and leverage AI and analytics to design effective hybrid work systems, enhance employee well-being, and embed DEI into core HR processes. Through interactive sessions, case discussions, diagnostic tools, and hands-on exercises, participants will critically reflect on their current HR practices and develop actionable strategies aligned with their organizational context.
