Brief description of Experience : Prof Raina is a professor who has been teaching, training and doing research for the last 30 years. She is the recipient of the Best Professor in HRM by National Education Award sponsored by Headlines Today and of Best Paper Award in a conference organized by World Business Institute Australia, WBI London Ltd. And ARPI, USA at Cape Town, 2014. She has publications in leading International journals and has presented papers in the International conferences. She is a prolific trainer having conducted FDPs and training programmes for mid level and senior level corporate mangers across various industry. The major expertise of Prof Raina lies in using theatre technique as pedagogy. Prior to joining FORE School of Management, she worked at MDI, Gurgaon and Thapar Univ. Patiala.
