Alumni speak is one of the most significant initiatives taken by FORE Alumni Network through which we aim to connect our distinguished alumni with the students of our college and encourage them to have an interaction with the alumni and gain some insights on how world resides in the corporate culture. The motive is to make the students aware of the journey from MBA to the corporate world and help them solve their queries through an interactive session.
Mr. Shrikant Kothari, FMG 7 (Batch of 1998-2000)
Mr. Shrikant Kothari, our distinguished alumnus from FMG 7 (Batch of 1998-2000), and currently the Head of IT – Microsoft India facilitated an insightful session on ‘Artificial Intelligence’ during ‘Alumni Speak’ held on September 05, 2019.
Mr. Kothari with more than 18 years of rich experience in IT infrastructure and Digital Transformation, CRM BPO Delivery, Strategy and Transformation explained concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud System, and IoT to the students through several use cases.
“Data is the strategic asset in the technological space and companies must build trust through technology.” – said Mr. Kothari, as he interacted with the students of FORE School of Management.
Mr Imran Qadri,FMG 15 (2006-2008)
Mr Imran Qadri, our distinguished alumnus from FMG 15 (Batch of 2006-08) was the speaker for the month of August for ‘Alumni Speak’ organized on August 23, 2019.
Mr Qadri is the Head-Marketing & PR, at Harley-Davidson Motor Company India and has 11 years of rich experience in brand development, product marketing, marketing communication, and media advertising.The students witnessed an insightful session conducted by Mr Qadri which centred around the theme “Marketing and its different approaches”.
The session commenced with Mr Qadri sharing his experience at FORE School of Management, New Delhi and how extra-curricular activities shape up an individual’s personality. He familiarised the students with the concepts of media marketing, CRM, Digital marketing, Moment marketing, Influencer and Celebrity management and community based marketing through his real-life experiences in the Automobile industry. The event was concluded with an interactive Q&A session. He quoted, “To up the game one should know what to do next.” The session ended with a spark of motivation spread across the students
Mr. Sulabh Goel, FMG 12 (Batch of 2003-2005)
Mr. Sulabh Goel ,our distinguished alumnus from FMG 12 (Batch of 2003-2005), and currently the Vice President (Infrastructure and PPP Advisory)- EY , facilitated an insightful session on ‘Financing Infrastructure Projects in India’ during the ‘Alumni Speak’ held on February 13, 2020.
Mr. Goel has over 14 years of experience with large public and private clients as well as with multilateral donor agencies like the World Bank and ADB, spanning across sectors like Transportation, Real Estate and Tourism. The session covered the concepts of Infrastructure, Subsets of Infrastructure, Indian Infrastructure Scenario, Financing Infrastructure Projects, and Different Schemes and Modes of Public/Private Financing Options for Infrastructure Sector through several use cases.
The session ended with an interesting quiz by Mr. Goel, which further intrigued the audience here at FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
