The FORE Alumni Network hosted its Dubai Chapter Meet on 6th October 2024 at the Radisson Blu, Deira Creek, Dubai. The event was a significant occasion that brought together more than 30 alumni, along with faculty members and the leadership team, to celebrate shared achievements and strengthen the FORE community in the region.
The meet began with a welcome address by Dr. Subir Verma, Director – FORE School of Management, who expressed deep gratitude to the alumni for their presence and support. His address underlined the vital role of such gatherings in nurturing a cohesive FORE community and set the tone for an afternoon of meaningful dialogue and networking.
Following this, Dr. Anita Tripathy Lal, Chair of the FORE Alumni Network, addressed the gathering and encouraged alumni to reinforce their engagement with the Network and their alma mater. She emphasized the positive impact of alumni involvement in enhancing the institution’s reputation and in creating opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
The program continued with remarks by Dr. Ashutosh Pandey, Chair of the Placements Committee, who highlighted the importance of alumni interaction and reflection. He encouraged open discussions and sharing of career journeys, with alumni acknowledging the significant role
FORE played in shaping their professional paths. One of the major highlights of the meet was the felicitation of esteemed alumni who have made notable contributions in their respective fields. Each awardee shared reflections on their experiences and the impact of FORE on their careers. This session also gave way to a lively discussion on how active alumni involvement can further strengthen the FORE Alumni Network while supporting the growth of the institution and its students.
The event concluded with the selection of new chapter members for the Dubai Chapter. This important step ensured continuity of leadership and reaffirmed the alumni’s commitment to contributing actively towards the progress of the chapter. The Dubai meet, through its speeches, discussions, and recognitions, reflected the strength of the FORE alumni fraternity and its shared commitment to building a thriving global community
The FORE Alumni Chapter Meet for the Dubai region was held on June 28, 2025, at The H Dubai, bringing together 25+ alumni from across the Middle East. The event strengthened FORE’s presence in the region, fostering collaboration, networking, and strategic engagement among its global alumni community.
Director’s Address
Dr. Subir Verma, Director, FORE School of Management, welcomed the attendees and highlighted the vital role of alumni in shaping FORE’s global reputation. He encouraged active participation through knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and Master Trainer initiatives for students and faculty to enhance industry-academia collaboration.

MENA Chapter Formation: The Dubai Chapter was restructured as the MENA Chapter, with Mr. Sumit Malhotra appointed as President to represent the wider regional network.
Industry Insights: Discussions focused on Dubai’s growing AI-driven opportunities in fintech, logistics, healthcare, and real estate. Mr. Saurabh volunteered to spearhead internship and job opportunities for FORE students.
Future Vision: Alumni proposed establishing FORE Executive or Satellite Education Centres in Dubai to cater to global professionals.
Strengthened Engagement: Plans were made for regular networking events, mentorship programs, and panel discussions, with the next meet’s format to be finalized by local members.
