Rendezvous 2025

The FORE Alumni Network (FAN) hosted its flagship event Rendezvous ’25 on February 13, 2025, at Virajam Auditorium, FORE School of Management, New Delhi. Centered on the theme “Work Ethics in Achieving Organisational Goals,” the panel brought together distinguished alumni to share perspectives on leadership, accountability, and the role of ethics in driving corporate success.

Ms. Anupama Agarwal (Director, Solution Delivery, McKinsey & Company) stressed that integrity and accountability are the pillars of team success, highlighting how organisations can turn values into practice through initiatives like mentorship surveys and “values day.”

Mr. Nitin Jaggi (Director of Technology, Optum) urged participants to reflect on ethics through the principle, “What do you do when nobody is watching?” emphasizing that ethical conduct stems from both personal responsibility and organisational culture.

Mr. Rajdeep Bhargava (Head of Exports, Mahindra Group) offered a strategic view, noting that interactions with suppliers and customers directly shape a company’s ethical standing and long-term reputation.

Dr. Anita Tripathy Lal, Chairperson of FAN, tied the discussion together, reaffirming that hard work, integrity, and accountability are inseparable from professional excellence.

The session left participants with valuable insights into applying ethical principles in real-world business, reinforcing the vital link between ethics and organisational success.
