It was a pleasure to host Abhijeet Satsangi, Mukul Jain, and Shrikant Kothari for our flagship event Rendezvous 2024 at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, held on 12th January 2024, on the theme “Adapting to Digital Disruptions.” The session was attended by over 120 students and left the audience with deep insights on navigating the evolving digital landscape.

Abhijeet Satsangi, CEO of Chipsoft India and an alumnus of the Batch of 1999 (WMG-5), opened the session with his perspectives on value creation in today’s competitive environment. He emphasized how modern business concepts resonate with shifting industry paradigms and reflected on the heightened expectations from new talent entering the workforce.

Mukul Jain, Head of Product Engineering and Digital Operations at Max Life Insurance and an alumnus of the Batch of 2000 (FMG-7), highlighted that digital transformation goes beyond technology; it is about cultivating a digital-first mindset. He underlined the importance of delivering seamless customer experiences and leveraging data-driven strategies to unlock organizational value.

Our speaker, Shrikant Kothari, Head of IT at Microsoft and an alumnus of the Batch of 2000 (FMG-7), shared an engaging perspective on the pace of technological evolution. Drawing parallels between historical milestones and present advancements, he underscored the critical role of agility and emphasized how integrating HR and finance with technology can accelerate innovation.
