Panchtatva 2025

New Delhi, February 27, 2025 FORE Alumni Network (FAN) successfully hosted Panchtatva’25 at the FORE School of Management, bringing together distinguished alumni and students for a thought-provoking symposium on “Managing Summer Internships to Career Prospects for MBA Success.”

The event featured an illustrious panel of FORE alumni: Ms. Tarika Chopra (BCG), Mr. Anshuman Mishra (Google), Ms. Amisha Singhla (Google), Mr. Anirudh Mehra (Kotak Private) and Mr. Puneet Singh (EXL). Together, they shared practical insights on making the most of internships, aligning career goals with industry expectations, and navigating today’s competitive business landscape.

In her welcome note, Dr. Anita Tripathy Lal (Chair, FAN) beautifully connected the Five Elements to the MBA’s core specializations—Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance and IT—while also highlighting dual specializations in Strategy, International Business and Big Data Analytics.

The panel emphasized that internships, whether in MNCs, startups, or public organizations, are launchpads that demand initiative and ownership. They highlighted the importance of functional expertise, data-driven decision-making, and technology adoption, while reminding students that AI can support but not replace human judgment and interpersonal skills. Professional rigor, punctuality, effective reporting, and networking were underlined as essential habits. The discussion concluded with a reminder that resilience, continuous learning and dedication remain the true cornerstones of long-term career success.

An engaging Q&A session with the audience rounded off the symposium, reinforcing the FORE Alumni Network’s mission of bridging industry and academia to inspire and mentor future leaders.
